Thanks to funding from Stronsay School and Stronsay Development Trust and to sponsorship by Northlink, Mrs D and 5 Upper Primary pupils (Mikey, Joshua, Elizabeth, Aimee and Matthew) were able to take part in Netball Orkney's 2015-16 Fun5z league in Kirkwall. They attended a knockout tournament in September which placed them in the top league of three. Thereafter they played games on a monthly basis, with the final date being Sat 5th March. Unfortunately due to the boy/girl ratio rules, they were unable to score points but valued the experience and played brilliantly, even enjoying a close victory over the winners for their final game. Fantastic work and sportsmanship, Stronsay!
